Persistence is a virtue...
screw patience. When you want something, you have to know how to be polite and get what you need. Persistence is key in getting anything done. More on this later...

Its a go
Well I just paid for my AP exams, which means I'm going!
what's sad though is that 3 AP exams cost just about the same as my round trip airfare to San Francisco and back. Now that's a little bit of crazy.
I now have less than 30 school days left until I graduate, which is nice, but I have so much work due monday that I'm dreading going back to school. THIS is the weekend I could have used the extra hour that daylight savings is taking away. I guess I only have Benjamin Franklin to blame (it's him right?)
plus tonight I'm seeing Spring Awakening (So excited!!!).
until next time.

Green tips-
- when eating in a cafeteria, don't use a tray, it takes more water an energy to wash it. Just use a plate.
-use blackle.com instead of google. It has a black background which decreases the energy output of your monitor, while taking advantage of one of the best search engines on the internet.

Its harder than you think...
And I thought finding a place to take my AP exams was the most of my problems... It looks like finding someplace to live while in San Francisco is going to be harder than initially thought. Argh. I'm just hoping everything works out because I've been reading up on all things LG in preparation for my project but I have until friday to make sure that this project works out, otherwise I have to find something else to do, and I'm really excited to see how LG really works and I'd hate for all of my research and planning to go to waste.
cross your fingers for me and my proj,

countdown: 64 days until Project
This blog is about my preparation and actual experience of my proposed senior project. What is this senior project you ask? Well it is a month long internship like experience doing whatever interests you. For mine, I'll hopefully be in San Francisco, California (I haven't bought the plane ticket yet...) working at Carolyn Coquillette's Luscious Garage, a car repair shop that is car, client, and earth friendly. Planning a cross-country venture such as this (LG is almost 3,000 miles away from where I live!) is really difficult. I've had to try and put all of the pieces together while I'm across the country and 3 hours different! (actually the time difference makes it a little more convenient) Not even just housing and transportation, but surprisingly finding a location to take AP courses has been difficult (chemistry, psychology, AB calc). The most convenient place for me to take them unfortunately told me that they only order and administer them to their own students... JERKS! haha just kidding, but kind of not really.
I have some pretty cool ideas for what I'll be contributing to LG, some of which I'm working on right now, so hopefully they'll work out so I don't have to be so vague. I really should start "breaking bad habits" of mine like being vague. No really I should just talk about the "simple things" in life, and how sometimes "Love is trippy" and the like. Thats really all I have for now.
go green.
